"Success Enabling Solutions" comprise the conception, the customizing and the realization of measures for the sensitization, information and training of different target groups in the company. Aim is the management of Changes, which records the company with the introduction and realization of security measures. All vertical (hierarchy levels) and horizontal (affected organisation areas) target groups are regarded.
Depending on the customer's situation and progress of the security organisation:
- either project accompanying measures for the introduction of a security strategy resp. the realization of some certain security measures or
- security awareness programs for the funding of the security organisation in the running company are designed.
Our target customers decided to implement security measures in their company for a long time. The business environment is heterogeneous: different organisation areas, hierarchy levels, several locations, mostly international represented, often networked with subsidiaries and contingently marked by past mergers. The complexity of the demands of the introduction requires a target-group oriented proceeding. That mainly concerns the branches of banks and insurances, agencies, automotives and media. Or the customers already introduced a security organisation which needs a central, continuous program for the targeted sensitization / further training, conviction of the area executive and measurement of the guide-line realization in the company during the running business now. Persons in charge are the business- and project management as well the representative for securtiy and data protection.
